1) The appellant, Richie C. Harvey, Sr., acting individually and as guardian ad litem for Richard C. Harvey, Jr., appeals from a decision in the Superior Court in favor of the appellees, Raymond and Joseph Zecca. The complaint alleged that the appellees negligence in renovating and maintaining an apartment occupied by Harvey, Sr., his wife, and Harvey, Jr. caused a fire which resulted in severe injuries to Harvey, Jr. The appellees contended that the fire was not caused by their negligence but by an air conditioning window unit installed by the appellant. The jury unanimously ruled in favor of the appellees and denied the appellants claims.
